Both these Bail Application arise out of the same police case. Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. 2. Heard the parties
3. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Chandil P.S. Case No. 237 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 54 of 2024(S), for the offences registered under Sections 341, 302, 504, 506, 201, 120(B) of the I.P.C. and Section 27(3) of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Chandil. 4. On 14.11.2023, at about 06:00 p.m., brother of the informant was shot dead near Albela Garden by the named accused persons. 5. It was submitted that though the petitioners are named in the F.I.R., but there is no allegation of overt act against them. It was further submitted that one of the co-accused Wasim has confessed that Jeeshan had fired upon the deceased. It was further submitted that the deceased had sustained only one firearm injury. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the
petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Chandil in connection with Chandil P.S. Case No. 237 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 54 of 2024(S).
