The instant application has been filed under Section 83 and 484 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 seeking therein direction to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail in connection with S.T. Case No.283 of 2024 (R.C. 01/2024) arising out of Barhi P.S. Case No.59 of 2022, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 109 and 120- B of the I.P.C. pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XVIII-cum-Spl. Judge, CBI, Ranchi. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the C.B.I., has submitted that the trial is at the verge of conclusion since the statement of accused persons under Section 313 Cr.P.C. has already been recorded. 3. It has further been submitted that the bail application of the co-accused, namely, Md. Aslam @ Pappu has been rejected by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.06.2025 passed in B.A. No.305 of 2025. 2025:JHHC:19036 2 4. The aforesaid fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, rather, it has been submitted that the statement of accused persons has been recorded under Section 313 Cr.P.C. 5. Considering the fact that the trial is at the verge of conclusion, this Court is of the view that at this stage the order releasing the petitioner will not be proper to be passed. 6.
