The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No. 101/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 354/354A/ 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 12 of the POCSO Act, 2012, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi. 3. The petitioners are Maulana and teacher in Madarsa. They are alleged to have inappropriately touched the daughter of the informant. It is also alleged that they used to force the daughter of the informant to sit in their lap and showed her obscene videos. 4. Mr. B. M. Tripathi, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, submitted that the Petitioner No.1 is not the Maulana and the Petitioner No.2 is also not a teacher of Madarsa. 5. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the victim is a school girl, I am not inclined to release the petitioners, on bail.
