Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Meharma P.S. Case No. 122 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 352, 351(2) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri Mukti Bhagat, learned Judicial Magistrate, Godda. 3. On 02.11.2024 at about 10.30 p.m., an autorickshaw dashed the motorcycle of the Informant near village Barari. It is alleged that autorickshaw driver and two others who were sitting in the autorickshaw started assaulting the Informant. It is also alleged that the petitioner inflicted knife injury on his person. 4. Injury report earlier called for, has been received, from perusal of which, it appears that the Informant has sustained swelling on right and left temporal region of his head, which has been found to be simple in nature. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Mukti Bhagat, learned Judicial Magistrate, Godda in connection with Meharma P.S.
