Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Satbarwa P.S. Case No. 100 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 308 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, section 17 of C.L.A. Act and Section 25(1-B) (a), 26 and 35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. On 25.08.2024 at 9.50 p.m., petitioner along with co-accused persons Vijay Paswan and Ashok Yadav were apprehended by Satbarwa Police near Chetma while they were travelling on a motorcycle. On search, a country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Though, this case has also been registered under section 308 of the B.N.S., but there is no allegation that they had demanded money from any particular person. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that co-accused Ashok Yadav who was apprehended along with the petitioner has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Satbarwa P.S.
