Learned counsel for petitioner refers a communication dated 13.02.2024 made by Director Social Welfare, U.P. at Lucknow to District Social Welfare Officer (Development), Azamgarh, which is with regard to absorption of petitioner in the College where he attached after being permanent in terms of Government Order dated 11.05.2022, however, till date no consideration is made on said communication. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for State-Respondents submits that he has not received instructions, however, on basis of record available in this writ petition he submits that if said communication is received in the office of Respondent-3, the said Officer will decide the same within a short period. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, on basis of assurance given by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of with observation that Respondent-3, i.e., District Social Welfare Officer (Development), Azamgarh will take a reasoned decision on above referred communication within a short period, preferably within four weeks from today.
