With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 3. Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Non-Medical) at GMS Kandhidhar, under complex GSSS Murah, District Mandi. His case is that on completion of the normal tenure at the aforesaid station 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 and being faced with medical problems inasmuch as having been implanted pacemaker in the year 2024, he preferred a representation on 29.09.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2 seeking his transfer. Petitioner’s grievance is that the aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided by the competent authority till date. 4. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 29.09.2025 (Annexure P-1) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of three weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
