Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. B.C. Joshi, learned AGA along with Ms. Sweta Badola Dobhal, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. By means of present criminal writ petition, petitioner has impugned the FIR No.0021 of 2025 dated 09.02.2025, under Section 120B, 420, 467, 468 & 471 IPC, registered at Police Station Rajpur, District Dehradun. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that it is a case of civil nature and the main allegations in the FIR is against the co-accused. He further submits that the petitioner has no concern or connection with the rest of the co-accused shown in the FIR against whom the allegations have been leveled. 5. From perusal of the first information report, it transpires that the allegations made in the first information report are very serious and discloses commission of offence. Hence, this Court does not want to interfere in the impugned FIR by exercising discretionary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed in limine. 6. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of accordingly. (Pankaj Purohit, J.) 28.02.2025 AK
