For the respondents : Mr. Pranay Pratap Singh, Additional Advocate General Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of the said execution petition, the petitioner had sought the execution of the judgment of this Court in CWP No. 4975 of 2022 titled Kumar Gourav vs. State of H.P. and others, decided on 29.09.2022. This petition was disposed of in the following terms:- “For all the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is allowed. The respondents are directed to consider the candidature of the petitioner under OBC (Others) category for the post of Constable in District Kangra under recruitment notice dated 10.9.2021. The necessary follow up action be taken within two weeks. 2. On 20..3.2026, the Court had passed the following order:- “Counsel for the respondents-State has placed on record the letter dated 18.02.2026 of Director General of Police, Himachal Pradesh, wherein it has been mentioned that petitioner is undergoing Recruit 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment? Yes -2- Training Course/Training (TC) at Police Training College Daroh w.e.f. 01.02.2026. Hence, it has been stated that after successful completion of his training and after completion of the prescribed Battalion tenure, petitioner will be posted in the concerned District in due course”. 3. In the light of the said order, the judgment passed by the Court on 29.09.2022 in favour of the petitioner now stands complied with (Annexure R-2). No further order is required to be passed in the execution petition and the same is closed and disposed of as such, so also the pending miscellaneous applications, if any.
