Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been given charge of Deputy Director, Veterinary Services, however, he is not Digitally signed by GOPAL SINGH Date: 2025.01.29 17:38:05 +0530 2 willing to take the said charge as his wife is seriously ill and he has to take care of his wife. 2. Learned Counsel appearing for the State submits that in fact the petitioner has been given charge of a Class-I officer, as such the order has rightly been passed. 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is not willing to take charge of the Deputy Director, Veterinary Services on the ground that his wife is ill, as such he is directed to file a representation before the concerned authority and the concerned authority is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner taking into consideration his hardship. The petitioner is also directed to file each and every supportive document before the concerned authority in favour of his representation and in turn the concerned authority is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from its receipt. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided by the concerned authority, the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 1.1.2025 is hereby stayed. However, it is made clear that the representation to be filed by the petitioner is to be decided on its own merits without being influenced by this order. 4.
