Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 744 of 2024 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No. 327 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 140(2), 351 (2) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned A.J.C.- XIII, Ranchi. 3. On 07.08.2024, son of the Informant was kidnapped by the accused persons on a motorcycle bearing registration no. JH 01CD 4027. Accused persons took Rs. 50,000/- to release the victim. During the course of investigation, it has transpired that the Informant had earlier contacted the petitioners for committing murder of her husband, but the matter did not materialize. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-XIII, Ranchi in connection with S.T.
