Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 161 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 103(1), 238/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Koderma. 3. Petitioner Rajesh Yadav is the brother-in-law of the deceased, while petitioners Dilip Yadav and Jaswa Devi are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. The deceased who is the daughter of the Informant, was married to Upendra Yadav 18 years prior to the occurrence. On 26.08.2024, she died due to asphyxia because of drowning. 4. Statement of the daughter of deceased was recorded in the case diary in which she has stated that on the date of occurrence, her grandmother and aunt were quarreling, due to which, deceased became agitated and she caught hold of this witness and her brother and was going towards well. However, they managed to escape and the deceased jumped into the well and committed suicide. 2. 5. Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant, has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail 6. Considering the statement of the daughter of the deceased, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Koderma in connection with Jainagar P.S.
