1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief (s) :
“10.1 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner. 10.2 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to grant the further promotion to the petitioner with all consequential benefits. 10.3 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider and decide the application/representation made by the petitioner as (Annexure P-6). 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to REKHA SINGH Digitally signed by REKHA SINGH
-2- grant any other relief, as it may deem fit. 10.5 Cost of the petition may also be given.”

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed on compassionate basis on the post of Dispensary Attendant under the respondent authorities vide order dated 28.09.2005. He would further submit that the petitioner had completed 13 years of services but she has not been promoted, therefore, the petitioner filed a writ petition seeking a direction to consider her representation. He would submit that a direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 20.06.2018 within specified time.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State would oppose the submissions made by Mr. Sinha.
4. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents placed on record.

Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondent authorities and in turn, the authorities are directed to consider the representation so made by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law preferably within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid observation(s)/direction(s), the present petition is
disposed of.
