1. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner even when the case is taken up for hearing in the second round.
2. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs: NIRMALA RAO

“10.1 A writ and/ or an order in the nature of appropriate writ be issued calling relevant records from respondents pertaining to case of petitioner for perusal of this Hon'ble Court, if thought fit in the facts & circumstances of case. 10.2 A writ and/ or an order in the nature of writ of mandamus be issued directing authorities to release the amount of gratuity along with the respondent simple interest at the rate of 10% per annum as decided by the Appellate Authority in its
order dated 18.10.2019 expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. 10.3 A writ and/ or an order in the nature of writ of mandamus be issued directing the Respondent No.1 to begin the proceedings under section 8 of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 and conclude the expeditiously and within a stipulated time period, so as to ensure payment of compound interest @6% on composite amount from the date of filing of statutory appeal up to the date of actual payment to petitioner. 10.4 A writ and/ or an order in the nature of writ of mandamus be issued directing departmental enquiry against individuals responsible for undue harassment of petitioner. 10.5 Cost of the proceedings be awarded to Petitioner considering he has been harassed unduly by his employer. 10.6 Any other writs and directions that may be deemed fit and just in the facts & circumstances of case.”

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 would submit that the amount of gratuity, along with interest, has already been disbursed to the petitioner on 6.1.2021.
4. Considering the submission made by counsel for respondent No.2, the petition is dismissed being rendered infructuous. Sd/-
