JUSTICE RAJESH SHANKAR ----- For the Petitioner: Mr. Birendra Kumar For the Respondents: None ----- 06/25.03.2025 The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the concerned respondents to conduct an enquiry as to how the Zamabandi of the land appertaining to Khata No. 16, Sub-Plot No. 260, Village-Karu, P.S-Latehar, District- Latehar, measuring an area of 1 Acre 14 Decimals has been running in the names of the petitioner’s ancestor-Dhanpati Dusad as well as the other person-Sushila Devi. The petitioner has also prayed for directing the respondent No.3 to initiate a proceeding pursuant to his application for issuance of the rent receipt with respect to the said land. 2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and keeping in view the nature of the prayer made in the present writ petition, without entering into the merit of the case, the petitioner is given liberty to prefer a fresh representation on the present issue before the respondent No.4. On receipt of the said representation, the respondent No.4, after providing due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the other concerned parties, shall take an appropriate informed decision in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of filing of the said representation. 3.
