Case No. 57 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M, Khunti. 3. On 14.06.2024, unknown thieves committed theft of 24 batteries from BSNL Tower at Sangor. 4. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court earlier. 5. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Khunti in connection with Karra P.S.
