City Civil & Sessions Judge (CCH-66) at Bengaluru vide ANNEXURE- A. (b) Issue any other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of this case in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, by an order dated 07.12.2024 the execution petition itself has been dismissed for non-prosecution reserving liberty to the decree holder to file a fresh execution petition if the same is within the period of limitation. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:12925 WP No. 50390 of 2019 3. For the said reason, the writ petition is hereby dismissed as having become infructuous.
