The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sadar (Bara Bazar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 180 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1400 of 2024, for the offence registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Sindhu Nath Lamay, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh. On 01.05.2024 at about 08:30 p.m., the informant was waylaid by three persons near Jack and Jill school, Hazaribagh. The accused persons looted Rs.1200/- from him and also forced the informant to transfer Rs.14,125/- from his bank account to the account of co accused through Google Pay. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from his possession. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Sindhu Nath Lamay, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh, in connection with Sadar (Bara Bazar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 180 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1400 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
