M BRAHMA REDDY The Court made the following: ORDER: (per Hon’ble Sri Justice Challa Gunaranjan) The appeal arises against the order dated 17.12.2004 in I.A.No.61 of 2004 in H.M.O.P.No.13 of 2002, which was filed by the appellant/wife under Sections 25(1) and 21 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, for grant of permanent alimony of Rs.3,50,000/-. The said application was partly allowed granting Rs.400/- p.m. towards permanent alimony. 2. There is no representation either for the appellant/wife or for the respondent/husband. 2 3. The C.M.A. stands dismissed for non-prosecution. However, liberty is granted to the appellant/wife to initiate appropriate proceedings for enhancement or for grant of fresh alimony, in view of change in the circumstances as the amount awarded by the learned Court being meagre i.e. Rs.400/- p.m for the life time. No order as to costs. 4.
