2 Bhatapara (C.G.) seeking extension of further time for disposal of Complaint Case No. 2110/2024 (Meenakshi Yadav Vs. Satish Yadav & Others).
2. This Court vide order dated 03.01.2024 in Cr.M.P. No. 2913 of 2024 has directed learned J.M.F.C. to conclude the proceedings expeditiously within an outer limit of one year and six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, since the proceedings could not be concluded within one year and six months for the reasons mentioned in the P.U.D., an extension of time has been requested.
3. Considering the reasons mentioned in the P.U.D. a further time of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order is granted to the learned J.M.F.C. to conclude the proceedings.
4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
