The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for the following relief:- “(a) Quash and set aside FIR No. 236/2025 registered at Sakri Police Station and Sessions Case no. 131/2025 pending before the Ld. Principal Sessions Judge at Bilaspur; (b) The Petitioner prays for an ad-interim-relief of stay on the proceedings in Sessions Case no. 131/2025 before the Ld. Principal Sessions Judge at Bilaspur, during the pendency of this application; and (c) Pass any other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.” 3. At the time of hearing, this Court has observed that the petitioner has filed the present petition without appropriate prayer which is defective one, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition with such a vague and sketchy prayer to which learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with proper prayer and documents. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for subject to depositing a sum of Rs. 1,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court and 3 the said amount shall be transmitted to the Children Observation Home, Durg, C.G. 6.
