Heard the parties
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No. 89/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 622/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 386, 387, 504/34 of the I.P.C. & Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Latehar.
3. On 18.05.2024, Rangdari was demanded from the informant, who is owner of a brick kiln.
4. It was submitted that the mobile phone which was used in demanding Rangdari does not belong to the petitioner. It was further submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier.
5. Mr. Gautam Rakesh, learned A.P.P. has submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent.
6. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material against the petitioner, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Latehar in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No. 89/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 622/2024.
