Heard Sri Chandrakant, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Harsh Verdhan Gupta, learned counsel for Respondents- 2 to 4. 2. It appears that the only legal impediment to consider the application of petitioner for extraordinary leave from 17.03.2025 to 16.05.2025 is that prior to filing of application for leave, petitioner has to handover charge of Finance Department of School concerned to senior most Teacher of School, since she is working as Incharge Headmistress of School. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner referring to certain documents annexed in this writ petition submits that petitioner is ready to handover charge, however, it appears that concerned respondent is not taking over charge. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, to resolve the controversy, it is directed that petitioner and senior most Teacher of School concerned will appear before Respondent-4, i.e., Block Education Officer, Block Chayal, Kaushambi on 25th March, 2025 between 10 to 11 AM and charge shall be given and taken over by concerned persons. In the event of such appearance, petitioner will have an opportunity to submit a fresh application for extraordinary leave, which will be considered by concerned respondent within a short period. 5.
