Heard the parties
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 52/2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 922/2021, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 307, 387, 427 of the I.P.C. and Section 04 of the Prevention of Damages to Public property Act, 1984 and Section 27(ii) of the Arms Act and Section 17(i) (ii) of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Chatra.
3. On the intervening night of 13/14.04.2021, extremists belonging to T.S.P.C, a banned organization, set ablaze several vehicles near Radhya More near Tandwa Police Station. They also left behind several naxal literatures and demanded Rangdari from the informant and his employees.
4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that several co- accused persons have been granted bail by different Co-ordinate Benches of this Court.
5. Ms. Sushma Aind, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts.
6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Chatra in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 52/2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 922/2021.
