(Oral) The applicant is in judicial custody in FIR/Case Crime No.863 of 2021, dated 14.09.2021, under Sections 302, 452, 504, 506, 120-B IPC, Police Station Manglaur, District Haridwar. He has sought short term bail on the ground of marriage of his brother. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that his brother’s marriage is fixed for 05.03.2025; his father has already died and his mother is old and there is no male member in the family. Therefore, he may be granted short term bail. 2 4. Learned State Counsel, under instruction confirms the marriage of the brother of the applicant. 5. Without adverting further on any aspect of the matter, purely on the humanitarian ground, this Court is of the view that, the applicant may be granted short term bail for a period of 03 days from the date of his release. 6. Accordingly, the applicant shall be enlarged on short term bail only for a period of 03 days from the date of his release on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. It is further directed that, on expiry of 03 days, the applicant shall surrender before the court concerned and intimation to this effect shall also be given to this Court. 7.
