THIS WRIT APPEAL COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCIALIATION ORDER IS PASSED:
CONCILIATION ORDER
In this appeal, the appellant has prayed for quashing the Order dated 24.08.2021 in the writ petition in W.P. No.13835/2021. After negotiations, the parties have arrived at a settlement. Accordingly, both the parties have filed a Joint Memo duly signed before the Lok Adalath. The said Joint Memo reads as follows:

"1. The respondent workman to be reinstated into service, with continuity of service. He is not entitled to back wages and consequential benefits from the date of dismissal till the date of actual reinstatement. 2. The workman is entitled for difference of monetary benefits from the date of actual reinstatement pursuant to this settlement."
Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo modifying the Order dated 24.08.2021 in the writ petition in W.P. No.13835/2021. Sd/-

1. The respondent workman to be reinstated into service, with continuity of service.
