VIVEK CHANDRA SEKHAR S The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “…..to issue an appropriate writ or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent No.1 herein Rejecting to take the Appeal filed by the petitioner dated 02-05-2018 as bad in law, is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently directing the Respondent No.1 to take the Appeal of the Petitioner as per the direction of the Hon’ble High Court in W.P.No.12077 of 2018 dated 10-04-2018 and to pass such other order or orders……” 2. None represented for the petitioner. 2 3. Sri S.Vivek Chandrasekhar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that the relief has become infructuous even by the date of filing of the present writ petition. The prayer in the writ petition is seeking direction to the respondents to take the appeal of the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel would submit that the appeal of the petitioner is received by the respondent and passed orders on 23.06.2018. The order was also communicated to the petitioner on 25.06.2018. 4. In the light of the submissions made, the Writ Petition is dismissed, since the relief has become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
