This Criminal Appeal is filed by the Appellant under Section 14 (A) (2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 seeking bail in connection with Crime No. 30/2023, registered at Police Station – Shihawa, District – Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 370 (3), 370 (4), 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Section 3 (2) (v) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
