Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, on oral 3. instructions, has stated that as on today, the petitioner has not submitted any representation before the 2"^ respondent seeking release of the seized stock. which fact was also admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner has requested permission to submit a representation before the 2^^ respondent and that the same may be considered by the 2^^ respondent. 4. Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. instead of keeping the writ petition pending, the Writ Petition is disposed of, nd directing the petitioner to submit an appropriate representation before the 2 respondent for release of the seized stock along with relevant documents within a period of two (2) weeks from the receipt of a copy of this order and 4 VS,J W.P. No.23078 of 2025 the same may be considered in accordance with law by the respondents within a period of four (4) weeks thereafter. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
