Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail of the O.P. No. 2 to 4 granted by learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi in ABP No. 2721 of 2024. 2. The sole ground taken by the petitioner is that the opposite parties are threatening to the present petitioner to withdraw this case, otherwise, petitioner will face the dire consequences. In this regard, he has placed reliance upon Page | 2 Annexure-5 which is an application/ representation filed by the petitioner before the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Ranchi on 18.10.2024 for taking action against the O.P. No. 2 to 4, but has not filed any application before the concerned trial court. 2. Learned APP for the State is also present and has submitted that the proper remedy lies before the concerned trial court and the petitioner has also taken recourse of law by filing application before the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Ranchi on 18.10.2024. Therefore, no interference is required in this matter by this Court and this petition is not fit to be admitted for hearing on the cancellation of bail. 3. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I do not fit this petitioner to be entertained on merits. Therefore, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to seek proper remedy before the concerned trial court in accordance with law. (Pradeep Kumar Srivastava, J.) Simran-Sunil/-
