The applicant, who is in custody since 07.07.2024, has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with NDPS Case No.96/2024 arising out of Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No.363/2024(N), registered under Section 20(b) (ii)(B)/22 of NDPS Act, pending in the Court of Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi. 3. Earlier the prayer for bail of the applicant(s) has been rejected vide order dated 26.09.2024 passed in B.A. No.8474 of 2024. 4. Innocence has been claimed and participation in the trial has been assured. It has been submitted that charge has already been framed on 03.12.2024 and this applicant has no criminal antecedent. Recovered quantity is intermediary quantity. Further, one of the co-accused have already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.12.2024 passed in B.A. 8459 of 2024. On the above facts, prayer for bail has been renewed. 5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the above facts and the fact that no criminal antecedent has been reported, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant (s) on bail. Accordingly, the applicant(s), above named, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below, in connection with above referred case, on the condition that the applicant(s) will submit self-attested photocopy of his/her/their Aadhaar Card(s) and also submit his/her/their mobile number(s) before the learned court below which he/she/they will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
