In the said report dated 01.08.2025, it has been stated that the sole appellant of the present appeal, namely, Mohammad Ali @ Md. Ali Mian, has died on 16.02.2019. 2. We do not find any reason to doubt the aforesaid factum of death of the sole appellant, hence the aforesaid appeal, bearing Criminal Appeal (DB) No.138 of 1999, stands abated. 3.
