Dobhal, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. This Court vide order dated 01.03.2024 had directed to issue notice to respondent no.2-complainant. Office report dated 09.05.2024 indicates that the respondent no.2-complainant, namely, Manohar Lal S/o late Shri Ram Prasad R/o Lower Nehru Gram, P.S. Raipur, District Dehradun has passed away on 28.08.2022; along with the said report, a certificate issued by the Registrar (Births & Deaths) Nagar Nigam, Dehradun dated 10.09.2022 has also been annexed affirming the aforesaid fact of death of complainant. 4.
