Case No. 57/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 17(a) & 21(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Session Judge, Seraikella- Kharsawan. 3. Between the intervening night of 19/20.10.2024, Chowka Police apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused Faisal Amin at Chowka Chowk and on search, 0.51 grams of brown sugar was recovered from their joint possession. 4. It was submitted that the quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of small quantity. It was further submitted that co-accused Faisal Amin has been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Session Judge, Seraikella- Kharsawan in connection with Chowka P.S.
