In sequel to the order dated 04.11.2025, passed by this Court, the original record of the auction proceedings held on 27.02.2024 has been produced by Mr. Digvijay Singh, Assistant State Taxes and Excise Officer. Its perusal reveals that the applicant in Company Application No. 11 of 2024 had deposited 25% of the bid amount against bids for three separate lots bearing Nos. 2, 3 and 4. An amount of Rs.1,88,75,000/- (Rupees One Crore Eighty-Eight Lakhs Seventy-Five Thousand Only) was deposited as 25% of the bid amount in Lot No. 2; Rs.1,28,05,000/- (Rupees One Crore Twenty-Eight Lakhs Five Thousand Only) was deposited as 25% of the bid amount in Lot No. 3; and another sum of Rs.57,60,000/- (Rupees Fifty-Seven Lakhs Sixty Thousand Only) was deposited as 25% of the bid amount in Lot No. 4. In this manner, the applicant in Company Application No. 11 of 2024 had deposited a total sum of Rs.3,74,40,000/- (Rupees Three Crores Seventy-Four Lakhs Forty Thousand Only). The query raised by the Registry is thus answered.
