1. None appears on behalf of the applicants to press this revision petition on repeated calls.
2. The present revision petition has been filed by the applicants with the following prayer:-
“It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the impugned order dated 28.08.2021 and the applicants may kindly be discharged from the charges under Sections 148, 460 read with section 149, 307, read with section 149, 294, 323 read with section 149, 427 readwith section 149 of Indian Penal Code, in the interest of justice.”
3. It appears that with the passage of time, the applicants has lost interest in pursuing this matter.
4. The learned State counsel has pointed out that the trial is on advanced stage.
5. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed on this ground alone. Interim relief if any stands vacated.
6. The trial Court is at liberty to proceed with the trial and to conclude the same expeditiously, if the same has already not been concluded.
