Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral) The Execution Petition has been filed seeking benefits of the judgment passed in CWP No.6512 of 2021 titled Vinod Kumar vs. State of H.P. and others., which was decided along with a bunch of 565 matters, the lead case of which was LPA No.165 of 2021 titled State of H.P. and others vs. Surajmani and another decided on 12.01.2023. 2. A communication dated 22.08.2025 has now been placed on record by the counsel for the State, whereby the 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Executive Engineer, Electrical Division, HPPWD Mandi, has informed the Advocate General’s Office that the petitioner has been granted work charge status w.e.f. 01.01.2008 instead of 18.11.2008 as T-Mate, on completion of 8 years of continuous service as a daily wager. The necessary pay of the official has been fixed, vide order dated 22.08.2025, which has also been attached while granting the benefits on notional basis keeping in view the law laid down by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.1595 of 2025 (arising out of SLP(C) No.23016 of 2023) titled The State of Himachal Pradesh & others vs. Surajmani & another decided on 06.02.2025. 3. In such circumstances, the present petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of. ( G.S.
