GP FOR SERVICES II The Court made the following: 2 HVN, J WP_22965_2025 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION No.22965 of 2025 ORDER: The Petitioner had appeared for the post of Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT) vide Notification No.01/Mega DSC-TRC-1/2025, dated 20.04.2025 and had secured a merit rank of 385 in Krishna District. Pursuant to the same, the Respondents issued a call letter, calling upon the Petitioner to appear on 28.08.2025, at Noble College, Machilipatnam, for verification of following certificates: “1. Printout of the Online Application of Mega DSC-2025. 2. SSC or its equivalent certificate. 3. Intermediate or its equivalent certificate. 4. Academic qualification certificates (Degree Or Post-Graduation). 5.Professional qualification certificates (D.Ed./Spl.D.Ed/ B.Ed/Spl.B.Ed / UGDPE/B.P.Ed., etc.). 6. TET/CTET Original Score Card/Marks memo. 7. Study Certificates from Class IV to X (seven years) must be submitted. Or Residence certificate for 07 years prior to appearing in SSC, if appeared for S.S.C. as a Private Candidate. Candidates who migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh between 2nd June, 2014 and 1st June, 2024 as per G.O. Ms. No. 161, General Administration (SPF&MC) Department, dated.27.12.2022 and as per terms laid down in Circular Memo No.4136/SPF & MC/2015-5, Dated.20.11.2017 and Circular Memo No.4136/SPF & MC/2015- 17, Dated.27.12.2022 of Government of Andhra Pradesh shall obtain the Local Status Certificate from competent authority and produce at the time of verification. 8. The rule of reservation to local candidates is applicable as per the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (OLC & RDR) Order (Presidential Order)1975, and amendments thereon shall be followed strictly. 3 HVN, J WP_22965_2025 9. Integrated Community Certificate issued by the Tashildhar (for candidates who have claimed reservation under BC-A,B,C,D & E/SC(Group-I, II & III)/ST categories). 10. EWS Certificate issued by the Tashildhar who claimed reservation under EWS Reservation. 11. PH Certificate issued by the Referral Hospital (if applicable). 12. RCI registration Certificate (if applicable). 13. Service Certificate issued by Competent Authorities of the Department of Defense, GOI if applied under Ex-servicemen Quota. 14. Experience Certificate (for the post of Principal, if applicable) as per the norms issued in the notification.” 2. The Petitioner submits that he had lost the relevant qualification certificates and sought for some time before the Respondent authorities for producing the same, as his request is not being considered, the present Writ Petition is filed. 3. Learned Government Pleader, Sri Gurram Ramachandra Rao, fairly submits that post in the category to which the Petitioner belongs would be kept in abeyance for a period of twenty days, within which period the Petitioner has to produce the original certificates to the satisfaction of Respondent authorities. Learned Government Pleader further submits that in the event certificates are not produced within the time specified, the Respondent authorities may be permitted to fill up the vacancy to the next eligible candidate. 4. Considering the submission so made by the learned Government Pleader, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, permitting the Petitioner to produce the certificates mentioned in the call letter within a period of twenty (20) days from today. In the event the Petitioner is unable to produce the 4 HVN, J WP_22965_2025 certificates, the Respondent authorities are at liberty to fill up the vacancy to the next eligible candidate.
