Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that the police have not received any complaint from the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh complaint to the police. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh petition to the police since 4 it is represented that the police have not received any complaint from the petitioner.
