Case No. 444/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 324(4), 352, 351(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Hazaribag. 3. On 10.11.2024 between 1:00 to 1:30 P.M., there was some altercation between the husband of the informant and the accused persons. It is alleged that the petitioner alongwith four other co-accused persons assaulted the husband of the informant due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that there is general allegation of assault against all the accused persons. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Hazaribag in connection with Barhi P.S.
