The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Borio (J) P.S. Case No. 98 of 2023, for the offence registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj. It was submitted that a country made pistol and live cartridges were recovered from the house of the petitioner. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2024 and the chargesheet has been submitted in this case. In view of the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj, in connection with Borio (J) P.S.
