Case No. 60 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code, section 27 of Arms Act and section 17 of C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of Sri Abhinaw Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. On 05.03.2024 at 10.30 p.m., unknown persons belonging to T.P.C., a banned extremist organization, gathered and demanded extortion from the Informant who is a staff of M/s Bindeshwar Kumar Dangi. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that no money was delivered to the accused persons. It was finally submitted that several accused persons have been granted bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court 5. Ms. Mohua Palit,, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhinaw Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag or his successor in connection with Barkagaon P.S.
