Though, at this stage, Mr. Avi Singh, learned senior counsel for the petitioners/appellants submits that even the petitioners/appellants have also filed the SOP on record. 4. It is agreed by the counsel for the parties that the petitioners/appellants shall submit their statement of disputes to the respondent/MoRTH, PWD, Government of Chhattisgarh within two days. 5. Mr. Mittal states on receipt of the statement of disputes, the respondents shall appoint a Conciliator within three days thereafter by also considering the names as suggested by the petitioners/appellants in the letter This is a digitally signed order.
