GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “….to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of 4th and 5th respondents at the instance of 6th respondent in insisting me to appear before their authority and yield to the terms of 6th respondent in connected to civil disputes in O.S No. 9 of 2023 pending on the file of the court of Learned Senior Civil Judge, Gudur, Tirupati District and threatening me to implicate my name in false criminal case under Sc and St Atrocities act, without there being any authority of law and declare the same as illegal. arbitrary and unjust and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 4 and 5 not to interfere in any manner with my life and liberty and pass…. 2. Heard Sri M.Narayana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and 6th respondent. Learned counsel would further submit that Suit in O.S.No.09 of 2023 is pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Gudur. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil matter that to when the civil suit is pending before the Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
