On 16.06.2025 this Court heard the matter and disposed of the writ petiton and passed the order whereby due to typographical mistake in para 5 of the order amount of Rs. 6,87,139/- has been mentioned instead 2 of Rs. 16,87,139/-. For proper implementation and compliance of the order passed by this Court, it is essential to correct the amount of Rs. 16,87,139/- in place of Rs. 6,87,139/- in para 5 of the order. 3. In view of the submission of the counsel for the petitioner, the present MCC stands allowed and the order dated 16.06.2025 passed in WPC No. 2912/2025 stands modified to the extent as stated above.
