Case No. 277 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 316(2), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 66(B), 66(C) and 84 (C) of Information Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. 3. It is alleged that the petitioner was indulged in cyber offence. It further appears that the petitioner used to call several persons and on the pretext of getting their loan sanctioned, demanded money from them. However, no money was transferred. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2024. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in connection with Telaiya P.S.
