ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of 4th to 6th respondents in not registering the crime on petitioner complaint dt. 31.07.2025 based on 3rd respondent proceedings in Rc. No. 317/2021-A, dated 09-09- 2021, against the culprits/encroachers, as illegal, irregular, irrational, amounts to non discharge of legal obligation conferred on 4th to 6th respondents under the provisions of Code of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and offends Article 14 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th to 6th respondents to register the crime and prosecute the accused persons for appropriate offences and penal provisions of law and pass....”
2. Heard Sri Panga Sivanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that the police are not interfering in the matter, since, the subject matter is purely civil in nature.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedies before the appropriate forum.
