Sandhawalia, Chief Justice(Oral) The execution of the order passed in CWPOA No.6710 of 2020 titled Ram Singh and others versus State 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 ( 2024:HHC:5113 ) of H.P. and others, decided on 08.09.2023 has been sought in the petition. 2. Counsel for the State has placed on record a communication dated 01.10.2025 issued by the Divisional Forest Officer, Karsog, Forest Division, H.P, whereby it has been conveyed that mandate contained in the aforesaid judgment stands complied with. 3. A perusal of the same would go on to show that in view of the judgment of the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.1595 of 2025 titled The State of Himachal Pradesh & Others Vs. Surajmani & another, decided on 06.02.2025, the pay of Shri Ram Singh, who has been granted work charge status after completion of eight years of daily waged services w.e.f. 1.1.2003, has been re-fixed and the revised pension case of the said retiree has been submitted to the office of Senior Deputy Account General (A&E), H.P, Shimla requesting to authorize the revised pension/Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity in favour of the retiree. 4. Similarly, regarding the case of Dola Ram, deceased, it is mentioned that the said retiree has been granted work charge status after completion of eight years 3 ( 2024:HHC:5113 ) of daily waged services w.e.f. 1.4.2006 on the analogy of Surajmani’s case (supra) and accordingly, his pay has been re-fixed and the revised family pension case of Smt Man Dassi, W/o late Shri Dola Ram has been submitted to the office of Senior Deputy Account General (A&E), H.P, Shimla requesting to authorize the revised pension/Death- cum-Retirement Gratuity in favour of the retiree. 5. Since the office of Accountant General, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla is not a party-respondent in the present matter, therefore, at the request of counsel for the petitioners, the same is impleaded as party respondent No.4. Notice be issued to the newly added respondent No.4. Ms. Komal Chaudhary, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the office of Accountant General. Registry to make necessary corrections in the memo of parties. 6. Keeping in view the above, since the respondents-State has done the needful, therefore, desired effect as such be given by the office of Accountant General within a period of six weeks from today.
