Panta, Advocate. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Following order was passed in this matter on 06.10.2025:- “Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record copy of office communication dated 30.09.2025 and on that basis submits that a further amount of Rs.22,16,360/- has been released in favour of the petitioner on 30.09.2025. Learned counsel further submits that interest component of Rs.5,96,492/- still remains to be discharged. The respondents are allowed ten days’ more time to make the payment of interest due and admissible to the petitioner. List on 16.10.2025 for overseeing the compliance of the judgment, failing which appropriate order shall be passed in the matter.” 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes 2 2. Pursuant to the above order, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record internal office communication dated 16.10.2025 alongwith computation sheet in case of the petitioner. In terms thereof, an amount of Rs.4,63,115/- is due to be paid to the petitioner on account of interest on delayed payment of retiral benefits. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the above amount shall be released in favour of the petitioner within next four working days. In view of above documents and the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents, the present execution petition to stand disposed of with liberty reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law in case he has any grievance with respect to computation of the amount.
