The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 18.07.2022 in I.A.No.146 of 2022 in I.A.No.237 of 2021 in O.S.No.84 of 2021 passed by the Judge, Family Court-cum- V Additional District Judge, Tirupati. 2. At the time of hearing, Sri M. Rahul Chowdary, learned counsel for the proposed Respondent Nos.3 to 5 filed a Memo vide USR.No.78183 dated 03.09.2024 stating that the parties amicably settled the dispute by entering into compromise and the Petitioner herein (Plaintiff in the suit) filed a not press memo to dismiss the suit. Accordingly, the suit O.S.No.84 of 2021 was dismissed on 12.07.2024. In view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in this Revision. 3. The Civil Revision Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
